Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of scheduling. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will be charged a service fee for the missed appointment. This fee varies from a percentage of the scheduled service rate to the entire service rate, depending on the situation. You will be notified in advance of the exact fee and you will be charged within 24 hours of a missed appointment.
